Reservations A reservation is a contract between you and us, and can be made by telephone, facsimile, webform or in writing. A reservation will need to be confirmed with a debit/credit card, and a deposit equal to one night's accommodation will be taken at the time of booking. Self catering suites will require a deposit of per week in advance.
Cancellations If you wish to cancel your booking, we require 24 hours notice for rooms and 72 hours notice for self catering suites. If you fail to cancel your room with sufficient notice, a cancellation charge will be made if we are unable to re-let the canceled accommodation.
Payment and Credit Cards Please make payment by cash, cheque, travellers cheque Switch, Connect or Delta debit card where possible. We also accept American Express, Mastercard, Access and Visa.
Smoking Policy We are fully committed to no smoking in the bedrooms and in the dining room.
Arrival and Departure Rooms are normally ready after 2.00pm. Guests are requested to have vacated their rooms by 10.30am on the day of their departure. Later check out can be arranged - a small charge may be made.
